Inter Broward Club de Foot uses the website contact form to help parents and guardians learn about academy programs and connect with club staff. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.
Who should use the form
The contact form is for parents and guardians age 18 or older. Players should not submit the form themselves. Please do not include medical records, financial documents, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in the message box.
Information we collect
We collect the adult parent or guardian’s name, email address, and phone number; the player’s first name and age; program interest; preferred contact method; and any optional message the adult chooses to provide.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to the inquiry, help identify an appropriate program or training group, arrange follow-up, and support club administration. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and access
Website inquiries are stored in a private club inbox and may generate an email notification to the club account. Access is limited to authorized Inter Broward CF staff who need the information to respond or manage the inquiry. We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, program administration, and necessary recordkeeping, then delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
A parent or guardian may ask us to review, correct, or delete information submitted through the contact form by emailing interbroward.cf@gmail.com. We may need to confirm the requester’s identity before completing the request.
Registration and outside services
Registration is completed through PlayMetrics, which is a separate service with its own privacy practices. This website may also link to social media, maps, and other outside services. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the website. It may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser or device type, and interactions with links. We use this information to improve the website and our outreach. We do not intentionally send contact-form field values to Google Analytics, and advertising personalization signals are disabled on this site. Google's own privacy practices apply to its analytics service.
Updates and contact
